About Us
The New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Foundation was created in the 1980s by New Mexicans who recognized the importance of preserving the agricultural heritage of our state’s Indian, Hispanic, and Anglo peoples.
The Foundation is governed by an all-volunteer board of directors representing agricultural and urban communities throughout New Mexico.
Now, in collaboration with the State of New Mexico , the Foundation is preserving the unique, 3,000 year-old heritage of New Mexico farming and ranching at the beautiful new Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum in Las Cruces and through statewide outreach programs. |
